OUR STORY

On September 26, 1974, under the leadership of Stanley Ciesielski, the following individuals: Lucian Antosiak, Maria Antosiak, John T. Ciesielski, Emily Conner, Alfreda Jamrosz, Stanislaw Jamrosz, Alfreda Zglinicka Kiessling, Tadeusz Leser, Anne F. Miksinski, Boleslaw W. Miksinski, Eleanor A. Miksinski, Jan Minkowski, Danuta Mostwin, Stanislaw Mostwin, Fr. Franciszek Okroy, Lillian Ozezewska, Adele Slavinsky, Henry P. Struginski, and Lore a Struzinski, came together to form the Polish Heritage Association of Maryland with three objectives: 



• To preserve and illuminate our Polish heritage 
• To present the intellectual, artistic and scientific content of this heritage to    
   the pluralist American society
• To contribute to the general quality of life and welfare of Americans of Polish
   descent in the State of Maryland

For over 50 years, PHAM has remained true to these goals by sponsoring cultural and social events, historical commemorations, and hundreds of scholarships,
